Bjarne Haugen has 27 years of extensive experience as both CFO and COO in the companies ABB, Glamox and ISS. Josef Noll is Chief Technologist in Movation, and professor at the University of Oslo and UNIK. He is co-founder and steering board member of the Center for Wireless Innovation Norway, Mobile Monday Norway, FemtoForum Norway, and supports collaborative innovation amongst entrepreneurs, industry, academia, and association. He is contact to the EU's Joint Undertaking Artemis, standardization in ETSI, and EU technology platform Net!Works. Inger-Mette has 25 years’ experience with added value for companies based on IT and digital information, last in the company Norsk Veritas. Inger-Mette specialized field is Information Governance and she has done speeches at national and international conferences. Gunnar includes five years as a researcher implementing advanced control IT system in an industrial company. Gunnar has then worked with emerging IT companies since 1979. Magne Ytterstad has extensive experience in the private sector with auditing, finance / administration and has held positions as ERP Consultant, Auditor and business/corporate controller.

He also has a solid understanding of corporate issues (budget, accounting, pricing and ERP systems). In all positions Magne has worked extensively with the structuring of the accounting procedures and VAT issues and he has held several consulting positions.
